General provisions
This document defines the rules for the processing and protection of personal data of customers of the Online Store operating at www.odplyw.pl. (Security Policy).
The administrator of Customers' personal data within the meaning of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data (consolidated text Journal of Laws 2002 No. 101 item 926) is the Service Provider: Sponcom Marek Krzesak with its registered office in Krzepice at ul. The Service Provider complies with the rules for the protection of personal data of customers of the Online Store, as provided for in the Personal Data Protection Act.
For what purpose personal data of customers is collected
Customers' personal data, in particular name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, are processed:
to the extent necessary to establish, shape the content, change, solve and correctly implement services provided electronically and to implement orders placed by customers;
in order to fulfill your orders for products in the assortment of the odplyw.pl Online Store;
in order to consider complaints submitted by you and to return benefits in the event of withdrawal from the contract (return of goods);
for the purpose of Marketing of services and goods offered by Sponcom Marek Krzesak and marketing of services and goods offered by third parties (if appropriate consent is given),
in order to pursue claims, if any,
The personal data required when making purchases in the odplyw.pl online store is:

The service provider ensures the security of clients' personal data thanks to appropriate technical and organizational measures aimed at preventing unlawful data processing and their accidental loss, destruction, and damage. The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that personal information is:
correct and processed in accordance with the law,
obtained only for specific purposes and not further processed in a manner inconsistent with these purposes,
adequate, relevant, and not redundant,
accurate and up-to-date,
not kept longer than necessary,
processed in accordance with the rights of persons (they relate to), including the right to reserve sharing,
safely stored,
not transferred without adequate protection.
For the safety of the customers of the odplyw.pl online store, remember to:
use of anti-virus programs, including regular scanning of disks for viruses;
using the website and the odplyw.pl Online Store only through trusted computers on which only proven software has been installed. Using other people's computers creates the risk of intercepting the data provided, which is subject to protection;

The customer may at any time delete cookies using the functions available in the web browser he uses.
Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the website of the Online Store.
The Online Store also uses Cookies posted by the Service Provider's partners, enabling personalization of advertising activities and accounting for its effects. The Privacy Policy does not regulate the use of cookies by third parties. More information about these Cookies may be available on individual websites of the Service Provider's partners.
The odplyw.pl online store also uses cookies that are social files - enabling the integration of social networking sites (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest) with the Store.
Some subpages of the Online Store website and other means of communication with customers may contain the so-called "Web beacons" (so-called electronic pictures, also known as empty gifs). Web Beacons allow you to receive information such as the IP (Internet Protocol) address of the computer on which the page on which the Web Beacon was posted, page URL number, page loading time, browser type, as well as information contained in Cookies, in to evaluate the effectiveness of advertisements.

The Service Provider reserves the right to disclose selected information about the Customer to the competent authorities or third parties who submit a request for such information, based on an appropriate legal basis, in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.
The Service Provider declares that he entrusts the processing of the Customer's personal data or other data referred to in the Privacy Policy to other entities providing services to the Service Provider or directly the Customer to the extent necessary to complete the Order / Reservation, consider complaints and use financial services available in the Online Store, on the basis of a written agreement concluded in accordance with Art. 31 of the Personal Data Protection Act. Customers' personal data may be entrusted, in particular, to couriers, insurers, credit / financial intermediaries, lenders, and financial institutions.
The service provider declares that it uses the latest technologies and special procedures for the protection of personal data. We use modern data protection mechanisms, including in particular anti-virus programs.
The Service Provider declares that the personal data of customers is stored in a database in which technical and organizational measures have been applied to ensure the protection of the processed data in accordance with the requirements set out in generally applicable law on the protection of personal data, including the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of April 29 2004 on personal data processing documentation and technical and organizational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used to process personal data (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024). Only persons authorized by the data administrator have access to the database.
Final Provisions
The Service Provider declares that he will make every effort to provide the store's customers and other natural persons with a high level of security in the use of the Store's website.
Customers will be informed about the change of security rules in advance, no later than 7 days before their introduction, by posting the new content of this document on the website
